Olympic Lifting Program
Olympic weightlifting can take your athletic performance to the next level. This sport has been proven to be one of the premier ways to increase strength, speed, and explosive power. Not only that, it can also increase range of motion, balance, and flexibility.
Our youth program for ages 8-13 is designed to introduce them to CrossFit concepts. The class is a play-based curriculum and is entirely geared towards teaching kids to think of exercise as FUN.
Our Highschool program has one major goal in mind- PERFORMANCE. This program will teach your teenager how to be explosive and powerful in whatever athletic endeavor they choose to participate in. On top of that, because the workouts are constantly varied, they are less likely to fall prey to the overuse injuries that plague common training routines and year-round sports.
