FASTFIT

This is an express, 45 minute, community-based class that will help you reach your goals of burning fat and building muscle. You will get to experience MyZone, a heart rate monitoring system, to ensure that you are always in your target heart rate range to see the results you want to achieve. With your data live streamed during workouts, you will be held accountable not only from yourself, but your coaches, and everyone in the FastFit Community.

OLYMPIC LIFTING PROGRAM

Olympic weightlifting can take your athletic performance to the next level. This sport has been proven to be one of the premier ways to increase strength, speed, and explosive power. Not only that, it can also increase range of motion, balance, and flexibility.

LEGENDS (55+)

The Legends Program is for those athletes who are typically aged 55 and up. Functional movement is the key to a long quality life. Having the ability to pick up groceries, walk up and down stairs, and increase bone density are all important as we age. At Strive we aim to extend the quality of our athletes’ lives as much as possible. If you’re looking to start living well again, this is the place for you!

6 Week Training Course

  • Detailed programming utilizing all DEKA zones & equipment
  • Preparing you for DEKA Strong, DEKA Mile and DEKA Fit
  • 6 week sessions
  • Five workouts provided each week to be done on your own
  • One workout each week done on-site utilizing Spartan DEKA equipment
